You may request to close your account at any time. However, any pending bets must be settled and all withdrawals completed before the closure takes effect. After your account is closed, Big TK will retain your data for a specified period for security and regulatory purposes.
Big TK may request a National ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
The minimum deposit at Big TK is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. If a deposit fails, the amount is automatically returned to the original payment method.
Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Big TK reserves the right to review any withdrawal for security purposes.
All transactions on Big TK are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No conversion fees apply. The mobile banking provider's own terms and conditions may apply during payment processing.
Intentional chargebacks or disputed transactions will result in permanent account closure, and legal action may be taken to recover the relevant amount.
Big TK reserves the right to accept or decline any bet without providing a reason. Once confirmed, bets are generally non-cancellable; however, in certain circumstances — such as a clear error in odds — Big TK reserves the right to void a bet.
If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. For partially completed matches, a decision will be made in accordance with Big TK's own policy, and that decision will be final.
Big TK reserves the right to void or adjust bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. Exploiting such errors is strictly prohibited.
Big TK reserves the right to set maximum winnings per bet and per day. Separate limits may apply to specific tournaments or events and will be clearly stated on the relevant page.
Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. Where such activity is suspected, Big TK may suspend the account and withhold any winnings.
Each bonus and promotion has its own wagering requirements and expiry period. If the conditions are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
If Big TK determines that a member is abusing the bonus system, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Bonuses are intended for genuine betting purposes only.
